Listings are for displaying simple, hyperlinked lists of your site’s content. The Listing Block does not show any post content (excerpt or full post) but lets you filter by taxonomies as well.
Content Block is the main section of the web site’s pages. By default, the content displayed in the content block is driven by WordPress.

Navigation Block is used to insert a WordPress menu on any position of the page. This menu can be either horizontal (default) or vertical. Dropdown, Horizontal slide out, and vertical menus are supported.
This block commonly includes the Site Name, Tagline and Logo. It is commonly located at or near the top of the pages.
Use a background image. Hide the tagline (not recommended, for best SEO results).
In Grid Mode, blocks have a blue border. When the user hover the pointer over the block, its edges glow, and a tool tip appears, displaying information about the block.
